Represented a hospital against CHRO complaints involving claims of discrimination and retaliation by a nurse who was denied a promotion, which he believed was due to his sexual orientation. While the initial complaint was pending, the nurse was fired for misconduct, which prompted the second CHRO complaint, contending that he was fired in retaliation for filing his prior CHRO complaint. The case was removed from the CHRO and filed in federal court, where a summary judgment was obtained in favor of the employer on all counts of the complaint.
