Representation of Board of Education in Civil Investigation Involving ADA

Represented a board of education in a civil investigation by the Department of Justice concerning accessibility standards at a high school and possible violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The investigation was resolved without any adverse findings or penalties for the board.
