Sarah Niemiroski Quoted in The Business Journals Article Entitled “Supreme Court just made it easier to sue an employer”

Sarah Niemiroski was recently quoted in The Business Journals article, “Supreme Court just made it easier to sue an employer.” In the article, Sarah discusses how the Court’s decision in Ames v. Ohio Department of Youth Services resolves a split among circuit courts and eliminates the heightened burden of proof that majority-group plaintiffs—such as white or male employees—previously faced when bringing discrimination cases outside of the Second Circuit. In the Second Circuit, all remains status quo.
