
Sarah is a member of the firm's Employment and Labor practice group, and focuses her practice on traditional organized labor and union matters. She serves as the lead negotiator during contract negotiations, and regularly represents private and public sector employers in labor disputes before administrative agencies and courts. In addition to her labor practice, she counsels clients on all aspects of the employee-employer relationship, ranging from policy revisions to layoffs to wage and hour law compliance. Sarah is an experienced investigator, who has conducted investigations into claims of discrimination and hostile work environment.
Sarah also represents employers before state and federal courts with respect to employment matters ranging from employment discrimination and wrongful termination to First Amendment violations, breach of contract, and wage and hour claims.
While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Janet C. Hall of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. She also gained experience in administrative proceedings through her participation in the school’s Asylum & Human Rights Clinic. In that role, she assisted her client in gaining asylum.
