Successful Outcome in Connecticut Supreme Court on Behalf of Municipalities

Successfully argued two cases in front of the Connecticut Supreme Court on behalf of municipalities. The first case related to the eligibility for pension benefits of an employee of a police department, and the other related to the ability of a municipality to make the decision not to reappoint a tax assessor.
