Successful Result before Connecticut Supreme Court for Board of Education against Claims of Violation of Constitutional Rights

Following a bench trial, obtained a full dismissal for board of education against student claims of violation of constitutional rights related to the board’s use of drug sniffing dogs. Later, the appeal was successfully argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court.
