Alexis J. Harrison

Alexis Harrison is an associate in the firm's Business and Corporate and Corporate Trust Practice Groups, where she focuses her practice on corporate trust matters.

Alexis represents indenture trustees, collateral agents, administrative agents, and escrow agents in secured and unsecured financing transactions. She routinely handles corporate debt issuances, high-yield bond issuances, project financing, and deal administration matters. Alexis also represents trustees and agents in default situations.

While in law school, she interned for the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General in the Labor Relations/Workers’ Compensation department. Previously she was a summer associate with Shipman.
