Allison Kuepper is an associate in the firm’s Business and Corporate Practice Group, where she represents clients in all stages of the corporate lifecycle and across a wide range of industries, including start-ups, emerging growth and mature companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, health care providers, life sciences companies and other business entities. Allison assists clients by structuring mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and other corporate transactions. She also advises them with respect to equity incentive plans and financing, often assisting in the review, negotiation and drafting of merger, stock, and asset purchase agreements as well as other commercial contracts.
Allison serves many of her clients in an “outside general counsel” capacity, advising on matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, business operations, commercial contracting and other general corporate matters.
Allison makes it her goal to understand her clients’ business goals and to provide practical and relevant advice to help them meet those goals.
