Bruce Chudwick is a partner in the firm's Public Finance Practice Group.
Bruce practices in municipal, public finance and independent school law. A former certified public accountant with seven years of experience at Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bruce is experienced in representing municipalities as corporate counsel/town lawyer and as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel on state and municipal tax-exempt financings. As a member of the firm’s Opportunity Zones team, Bruce advises clients on various aspects of the Qualified Opportunity Zones program.
Bruce represents independent schools in a variety of general legal areas including general governance matters. He regularly advises clients on board, administration and student matters, contracting and foreign travel issues.
