Chelsea C. McCallum

Associate

Chelsea McCallum is an associate in Shipman’s Real Estate, Environmental, Energy, Land Use, and Construction and Business and Commercial Litigation practice groups. She represents clients in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Chelsea represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including land use and litigation, construction litigation and arbitration, contract disputes, and business and commercial complex litigation.

Prior to joining Shipman, Chelsea was a law clerk to the Honorable Sarah A. L. Merriam during Judge Merriam’s tenure as a United States Magistrate Judge and United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut. While in law school, Chelsea was an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Law Review and received the best oralist designation during the 2020 Alva P. Loiselle Moot Court Competition.
