Connor Huydic is an associate in Shipman and Goodwin's Finance department and a member of the firm's Corporate Trust practice group. He represents national banks and other financial institutions in connection with their roles as trustee, collateral agent, exchange agent and escrow agent in a variety of secured and unsecured capital market transactions. Connor provides risk- and context-aware legal advice to clients from the inception of a deal, through closing, and thereafter with respect to on-going deal administration and defaults.
Prior to joining Shipman, Connor was a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and also worked as a legal intern at the Connecticut Department of Insurance.
