Jack Fazzino is a member of the Real Estate, Environmental, Energy, Land Use and Construction and Litigation practice groups. He advises municipalities, large and small businesses, elected officials, homeowners, landlords, and common interest communities through complex legal situations.
Jack has represented clients in a diverse array of real estate and commercial actions, including tax appeals, title disputes, eminent domain proceedings, landlord/tenant actions, land use enforcement, foreclosures, and collections. He has successfully advocated across many different forums, including the Connecticut Appellate Court, state agencies, and municipal boards. A firm believer in a client-centered approach, Jack prioritizes his clients’ needs and works collaboratively to deliver cost-effective, practical solutions.
A Connecticut lawmaker, Jack also brings several terms of elected government experience to his practice. He is a current member of the Connecticut House of Representatives and former town councilor. As the state representative for Meriden, Berlin, and Cheshire, he has served in leadership roles on the Judiciary and Commerce Committees and has developed a deep understanding of how state statutes are created, interpreted, and implemented.
