
Julie Ludwig is an associate in the firm's Business and Corporate practice, where she focuses on corporate and transactional matters for small to middle-market clients, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, technology licensing, and similar commercial contract agreements. Julie regularly drafts and negotiates business agreements (including purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, consulting agreements, and shareholder agreements) and advises clients on corporate governance, compliance, and business strategy. Julie also has experience in real estate, which includes reviewing and revising commercial leases and assisting with diligence for commercial property transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Julie was an associate attorney at a regional law firm, and prior to that she gained in-house experience as a Licensing Co-Op at a major aerospace manufacturer, where she worked on licensing repair agreements and technology licensing contracts.
