
Megan is an associate in Shipman's Business and Commercial Litigation practice group. She represents clients in a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including contract disputes, unfair business practices, real estate and construction litigation, and products liability. In addition to commercial litigation, Megan occasionally practices in the areas of civil rights and criminal law. Megan practices in state and federal court, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, at the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining Shipman, Megan attended the University of Connecticut School of Law where she was a member of the Connecticut Law Review, Moot Court Board, Mock Trial Society, and Lambda Law Society. After graduation, Megan served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Nora R. Dannehy at the Connecticut Supreme Court.
