Rachel Ohotnicky

Rachel Ohotnicky is an associate in Shipman’s business and commercial litigation practice where she assists with a wide variety of general and business and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Shipman, Rachel served as a Term Clerk to the Honorable Maria E. Garcia of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Honorable Ingrid L. Moll of the Connecticut Appellate Court. Rachel also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Victor A. Bolden of the United States District Court, District of Connecticut, for the Honorable Christie L. D’Alessio of the New York State Supreme Court, and for the Honorable Anne E. Minihan, Westchester County Criminal Court. While in law school, Rachel served as Lead Articles Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
