Samuel F.B. Audley

Samuel Audley is an associate in Shipman’s business and commercial litigation practice. He has extensive experience representing a variety of clients, including public and privately held companies, with a special emphasis on healthcare institutions and individual shareholders in closely-held corporations, in federal and state court across a range of matters. His practice also includes representing clients in healthcare disputes, internal investigations, and claims before arbitration. Sam’s goal is to provide clear, strategic counsel that protects what matters most to each client.

Prior to joining Shipman, Sam practiced as a commercial litigator at an international firm and served as a judicial intern to the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Sam is also actively involved in pro bono matters involving Immigration Court, veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and First Amendment protections.

Sam is admitted to practice in Minnesota.
