Qui Tam Action Resulting in $1.3 Million Settlement
Represented a private telecommunications consultant as the Relator in a qui tam action under the Massachusetts False Claims Act, for alleged over-billing of Massachusetts State entities by a telecommunications company.
Working with the Massachusetts Attorney General, secured a $1.3 million settlement for overcharges and additional payment offers to public entities impacted.
