Bianca Burns is an associate in Shipman’s business and commercial litigation practice. She focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including motion practice, managing complex electronic discovery, trial preparation, arbitration and mediation.
Prior to joining Shipman, Bianca practiced as a commercial litigator at firms in Connecticut and New York, where she represented large financial institutions, companies, and individuals in a wide variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, government investigations, and white-collar defense. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol V. Novey Catuogno at Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey.
