His practice focuses on serving a diverse range of real estate clients, including owner-operators, real estate developers, and investors in connection with land acquisition, ground-up developments, and lenders in financing matters for commercial properties including restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-family properties. He counsels both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending transactions, including syndicated and participated loans, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing, and credit enhancement.
