Michael O. Horowitz

Michael Horowitz is an associate in the Finance and Corporate Trust Practice Groups, where he focuses his practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in secured and unsecured notes and syndicated loan transactions.

Prior to joining Shipman, Michael represented major financial institutions, developers, and investors in a variety of multi-million-dollar transactions. His background includes significant experience representing lenders, developers, and investors in various transactions, and he previously served as a Judicial Intern at the Massachusetts Land Court while in law school, where he was also on the editorial board of Boston University's Review of Banking and Financial Law.
