Counsel
Robin C. Fried is counsel in the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental, Energy, Land Use and Construction Practice Group and is an experienced transactional commercial real estate attorney.
Robin represents clients throughout Connecticut and the greater New York and New England region, in a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing and subleasing of office, retail and industrial space, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Robin is also well versed in navigating the real estate aspects of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s regulations governing Environmental Use Restrictions, and guides clients through related compliance and title issues.
Additionally, Robin has represented parties in contract negotiations with architects, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, project managers and vendors in connection with build-outs for various types of properties.
