Robin C. Fried

Counsel

Robin C. Fried is Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Robin is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, and construction and development.

Robin represents clients in the purchase, sale and financing of multi-family and mixed-use properties. Robin also counsels landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including the negotiation of commercial office, retail and shopping center leases, and subleases.

In addition, Robin has represented parties in contract negotiations with architects, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, project managers and vendors in connection with build-outs for various types of properties.

Represented LEGO Group in the Closing of a Commercial Lease Agreement for New Headquarters

Represented Danish toymaker, LEGO Group, in the negotiation of a 130,000 square foot commercial lease agreement for LEGO’s new American headquarters located in Boston, Massachusetts. The site was an under-construction, air-rights project that bridged the Back Bay and Fenway neighborhoods in Boston.
