W. Graham Garrett

Associate

Graham Garrett is an Associate in the Finance and Real Estate Practice Groups. He focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions as well as real estate financings in all asset classes; representing clients ranging from private developers and owners in property acquisitions, sales, and leasing matters to major financial institutions and other lenders in all aspects of financing transactions. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, handling title and environmental reviews, and managing various real estate interests, including easements and restrictive covenants.

His financing experience encompasses a broad range of transactions, including syndicated loans, construction loans, HUD-insured loans, and bond financings. Graham has also represented lenders in secured and unsecured financing transactions and assisted with large-scale cross-border financings for global financial institutions, particularly in maritime vessel and aircraft transactions. He handles real estate financings under New York lien laws as well.
