
William Rock practices in the areas of real estate and commercial law matters, including project development, conveyancing and finance. Bill has participated in many of the state's highest profile and most complex real estate transactions on behalf of developers, lenders, borrowers and government entities, particularly with respect to projects involving public-private partnerships. Bill leverages his extensive knowledge of the legal issues governing both public and private real estate transactions and adroitly navigates the complexities inherent in such partnerships, thus providing efficient and effective counsel for his clients.
In the finance area, he regularly represents corporate trustees and other deal participants in a variety of sophisticated corporate financings, including private activity revenue bond transactions, leveraged lease financings, collateral agencies, private debt issuances and equipment lease financing.
As a member of the firm’s Opportunity Zones team, Bill advises clients on various aspects of the Qualified Opportunity Zones program.
